Dress pulls over and is meant to fit slightly oversized, recommended for 38” and lower.
Franklin Jay dresses are made from vintage fabric so there may be suuuuuuper faint flaws such as tiny spots or pin holes! Will be very minor if any, I don’t use fabric in bad shape!
