- 3-4 yards of fabric depending on size and skirt length
- Matching all-purpose/polyester thread
- 0.6mm elastic shirring thread
- Extra empty bobbins
- Heat erasable pens or tailor’s chalk (white if using black fabric)
- Ruler or yardstick
- Measuring tape
- 18” of 1/4” elastic cord
- Scissors
- Sewing clips
